CustomBuildTorches Warranty

All CustomBuildTorches torches and accessories (except batteries) are covered under the manufacturers warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty is non-transferable to a third party, and any claim must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.    

Any faulty items will, at the discretion of CustomBuildTorches, be either repaired, replaced or the original purchase price refunded.

The warranty covers against defects in materials and/or workmanship in manufacture. 

The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, items abused or used incorrectly, items taken apart or modified in any way.  

This warranty is in addition to all consumer rights under the current sale of goods act.

CustomBuildTorches Returns Policy

Faulty items should be immediately returned to the retailer from where it was originally purchased. This should be accompanied by the original receipt and any packaging. 

  Please also ensure that the owners name, address, phone number and email address are included and all details of the defect.
